Rental periods are as flexible as your needs and can start on any day of the
week; a 7 nights minimum stay is the only requirement.

The cost is fully inclusive of electricity, heating, and a
cleaning/change of linen service weekly.

Kitchens are fully equipped, including
an electric kettle and a coffee machine in every apartment -- as well as cable
or satellite TV, high speed internet, a washing machine and a safe deposit box.

And, to welcome you to Paris, a bottle of Champagne is also included.

There are no extra costs, apart from the telephone.

Daily Tariffs range between €110 and €200

Just your dates and type of apartment preferred — and the
number of people for which accommodation is required.

We will provide details of apartments available and, following your decision,
your reservation confirmation will be sent by return.

Reservations are secured by payment of a 25% deposit on the rental cost of
your apartment and may be refunded in case of cancellation. Payment can
be made by a US dollar personal cheque or by bank draft.
